Safe Bars RVA trains service industry staff to recognize and respond to sexual harassment, aggression, and violence. We use bystander intervention tactics to empower staff to intervene when they see problematic behavior.
Trainings are offered free of charge.
I was glad to be reminded today that myself and my team aren’t alone when trying to make our space better. We have each other, customers, and many other RVA industry people to help and support our community.
